Sales and Related Occupations, with a share of 32%, emerged as the top future of work-related job roles within the pharmaceutical industry in Q4 2023, with new job postings rising by 50% quarter-on-quarter. Management Occupations came in second with a share of 23% in Q4 2023, with new job postings rising by 225% over the previous quarter.

Together they accounted for a combined share of 91% of all future of work-related new jobs in the pharmaceutical industry.
Vitera Healthcare Solutions posted 37 future of work-related new jobs in Q4 2023, Kedrion Biopharma 7 jobs, LFB USA 3 jobs, Curology 2 jobs, and Monte Rosa Therapeutics 2 jobs, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics.
Hiring activity was driven by the US with a 78.57% share of total new job postings, Q4 2023
The largest share of future of work-related new job postings in the pharmaceutical industry in Q4 2023 was in the US with 78.57% followed by India (17.86%) and France (3.57%). The share represented by the US was 20 percentage points higher than the 59.02% share it accounted for in Q3 2023.
